Excellent service. Nice clean rooms. Great water pressure in the shower/tub combo. Plenty of tractor/trailer parking, & pet friendly. Room has small fridge and microwave They don’t have laundry for guest to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, beds were nice and comfy, prices weren't too expensive, and it was recently renovated. Quiet area with friendly and accommodating staff. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay after a long drive, then stop by here!
One of the cleanest budget motels I’ve stayed at. The TV was new, as was the shower head, painting was rather new. Some older furniture and other things as to be expected but my stay was great. Internet was fast as well. Seem to be doing a great job with the upkeep.
The staff is actually very very nice and unfortunately gets put in a bad place by 3rd party bookings. I booked them because they explained to me why doing that is a very bad idea. So book direct. Clean rooms. Very nice people. Understanding. I locked myself out way too many times. Like 3 times in 2days at the worst hours. They were short staffed due to a loss in the family, got a little frustrated with me but did their best and didn’t make me wait despite my foolish, jet lagged mistake. About an hour from iii. Ok to do sadhana in room. If I am back and anything closer to iii Is unavailable, I will book again
My stay is awesome! Room and property the cleanest I've experienced at a budget motel. The staff are super nice, very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this motel to anyone who needs a place to stay in Manchester, TN. Good location, very peaceful. Really great people run this place - next time you come to Manchester give these people your business - and they are pet friendly! And it's the best rates in this area!!!
Room was clean great hospitality stayed here for 6 weeks for my job. Plus great food that’s for the time here
Good price for a clean and reasonably sized room. She even dropped the price my second week staying, and housekeeping is even mindful of my jacked up sleep schedule. It's a tiny bit more expensive then other places in town but it's worth it for NOT having a room full of bugs. Excellent service, great stay, worth the money.
